**Duties**

  • Greet customers and take their drink/food orders
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
  • Upsell additional food and beverage items to customers
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and intervene as necessary to prevent overindulgence

**Experience**

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
  • Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines when handling beverages and garnishes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus
