** **ensure the highest level of quality for software products and solutions including supporting System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and are involved in pre and postproduction activities and other deliverables. The Quality Assurance Analyst may also be responsible for project management as needed to ensure the quality of changes going into the production environment. The position reports to the

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provides QA effort estimates for project testing requirements to manager for approval
- Works collaboratively with BAs, product owners and developers to ensure the understanding of the overall intent of project
- Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
- Comply with company’s QA standards; provide daily test execution progress and technical reports on testing when required.
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
- Acts as a bridge between BAs and programmers, while keeping the end user’s experience in mind during all phases of the project.
- Communicate defects and issues in a concise, timely and professional manner. Assist development with reproducing defects under investigations.
- Work collaboratively among different teams to develop and improve QA processes
- Being Pro-active and a collaborative team player with a track record for meeting tight deadlines and ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ensures that all aspects of the system are appropriately tested by utilizing testing scenarios of varying complexity
- Conducts API testing to confirm functionality, reliability, performance and security of all interfaces involved in project
- Prioritizes identified issues with developers and BAs to ensure issues are addressed efficiently
- Conducts regression testing at each phase of pre-production to continually identify potential issues
- Partners with BA and product owner to review final remaining minor issues prior to releasing changes in to the production environment.
- Conducts Smoke testing post release to identify any remaining issues impacting user experience
- Conducts periodic exploratory testing to stress test the systems and identify opportunities for future improvement.
- Creating end to end UAT test plan.
- Collaborates with Developers and BAs to ensure all identified issues are fully addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT Dept, Business executives and Project Managers to Spreadhead UAT efforts
- Create, develop and keep track of standardized UAT documentation.
- Track and report status on UAT deliverables and any issues discovered to QA Manager
- Monitor, measure, track, communicate and manage defective test results until resolved to ensure all phases of testing is carried out and meeting the deadlines.
- Coordinating Daily stand up meetings which includes business, developers, Vendor
- Support business with information from Vendor and developers.
- Coordinating business for vendor production deployments.
- Planning releases and deployments.
- Understands the time sensitive nature of the business and strives to work as efficiently as possible
- Develops solutions to automate testing scenarios to reduce time requirements
- Produces security minded high-quality code
- Continuously applies industry standard, object-oriented programming best practices.
- Thought partners with development team to provide insights and possible solutions to resolve issues in the most efficient manner possible

**What You’ll Need**:

- 3 - 5 years of related experience
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, testing strategies, tools, and QA methodologies.
- Experienced working with database testing in MySQL Server environments and Networking projects
- Knowledge on Azure Devops tool
- Quick learner with proven ability to work under mínimal guidance.
- Experience working with and testing web services - REST, SOAP,
