The Harlow group is a team of payment solution experts with a combined 50 years of industry experience. Harlow Payments is dedicated to being a trusted partner in financial success, offering services to help lower bills and simplify payments, including a free POS system.
We are currently looking for applicants to fill a position for our Technical Support team in January of 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
Agent will be responsible for troubleshooting Merchant technical support calls. This includes Point of Sale terminals, Online Gateways, some integration questions and Harlow payments website troubleshooting.
SALARY
Salary starts at 25$/HR
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 Year experience in a Technical Support Position (Experience in Payment Processing preferable)
- Punctual
- Ability to ask probing questions when trying to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Aptitude for learning and self-sufficiency
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to accurately and thoroughly document accounts during phone calls.
- Able to work well in teams
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
