At Rideau Supply, water is our business. We are a water supply wholesaler with our head office located in Stratford. We provide expert knowledge and the highest quality products delivered at the right price to support our customer’s ongoing success in the market place.

We are currently looking for a **Territory Business Manager **for ourNorthern Ontario region. If you have an established track record in technical sales, and excel at developing and managing client relationships, then this could be the opportunity for you

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for business development and relationship management.
- Source out and meet with potential clients to understand their business and determine how we can meet their needs.
- Grow established and new accounts by following up on order satisfaction and familiarizing them with new products/services.
- Develop good working relationships with customers, vendors, and our internal departments.
- Ability to confidently communicate product knowledge and business processes.
- Act as our “ears and eyes” on the street. Gather and report strategic information about overall market and pricing trends.
- Provide excellent customer service, and ensure clients are comfortable and competent to sell and install our products.
- Help ensure the success of our customer’s sales efforts, as well as meeting internal sales targets.
- Previous technical sales experience, extra points for wholesale or water supply industry.
- Strong Water Treatment background
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- You are problem solver with can-do attitude.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage your time in an unstructured environment.
- Knowledge of business planning and financial performance targets.
