Job description

**Hiring a well-rounded team member that has experience in landscaping, janitorial services, driving trailers, machinery, and more.**

**Training will be provided as well as professional lessons and classes if needed.**

Vital Property Services has over 30 years of direct operational experience in the janitorial and landscaping industry and we pride ourselves on being able to provide our Clients with consistently excellent service and satisfaction.

**Janitorial Responsibilities**
- Floor duties -scrubbing and waxing, stripping, carpet cleaning
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
- Operate other industrial equipment as required like an auto scrubber
- General cleaning

**Landscaping Responsibilities**
- Operate ride-on lawnmower
- Weeding and trimming of plants and trees
- Pruning and planting trees
- General landscaping duties

**Snow Removal Responsabilites**
- Operate bobcat is a plus, training will be provided
- Operate sweepers, snow blowers, and light machinery
- General snow removal duties

**Maintenance Responsibilities**
- Maintain equipment
- Oil changes
- small repairs, etc...

**Requirements**:

- 1 year required
- Must be available to work in Edmonton & Area locations.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- A Driver's License is required
- A vehicle (preferred)
- Must pass criminal record check.
- WHIMS certificate required. (We will help with this)

**What we offer**:

- $20 - $22 / hour
