**_Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Qualifying and transitioning sales leads
- Educate and promote customers about Hardwood Giant Products and Services.
- Service existing accounts obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential customers.
- Inform existing and potential customers about special offers.
- Complete all other duties as assigned by your Sales Manager.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
- Develop new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact.
- Achieve individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals.
- Clean and Organize store. Lift heavy boxes to ensure proper organization of the store.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Ensuring the requirements of each project are successfully executed by the installation team.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, and documentation skills
- great customer service skills that translate to sales
- Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Good negotiations and sales skills will help close the sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and prospects for future clients.
- **Requirements**_
- One to two years of experience working in a sales-driven environment (required).
- Previous sales experience within the flooring industry (preferred).
- The ability to genuinely listen to customers, formulating a personalized response to their needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent. (preferred)
- Required to work a schedule as determined by sales, customer, and business needs.
- Open availability to work on the weekends.
- **Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**_
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Business casual office attire.
- Sit, stand, bend, lift occasionally lifting
- Ability to listen and speak with employees and customers in person and by phone.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to drive to and from work locations or if scheduled to other locations.
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
