We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Training and Enablement Partner to join our Global Training and Enablement Team with a focus on Professional Development. The Lead Partner has a critical responsibility to build and deliver scalable and programmatic learning and development to team members across our organization. As Level Access continues to evolve, the learning needs of our team members does as well. This person will support the continued education of all Level Access employees by creating and delivering tailored content, e-learning, and live training.

This role will work closely with the Training and Enablement team to support major cross-functional initiatives and provide support as needed within our five main pillars: professional development, product, tools/processes, onboarding, and technical accessibility. This role will help to connect dots between teams and ensure a common and consistent learning experience throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Professional Development**: Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance leadership skills that are aligned with corporate goals and values. Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs to identify leadership gaps and create tailored development plans. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to support leadership growth. Develop and deliver programs to help employees advance their careers. Identify skill gaps and create customized training solutions to address them. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives.

**Revenue Enablement**: Design and implement revenue enablement strategies to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth. Work with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue enablement programs, adjusting as needed.

**New Hire Onboarding**: Assist with building training and enablement for new hires, ensuring a consistent, world class global onboarding experience with a focus on our GTM and Delivery teams to support organizational growth. Work with leaders to define 30, 60, 90 day plans that meet key achievements in the onboarding process.

**Content Creation**: Build a variety of enablement materials, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, playbooks, job aids, demo scripts, videos, e-learnings, and live training sessions. Ensure content is engaging, role-specific, and easily digestible, while addressing knowledge gaps within the teams. Employ interactive and hands-on approaches to keep learners engaged and ensure knowledge retention.

**Feedback and Continuous Improvement**: Gather feedback from teams and managers to identify gaps in knowledge or training needs. Continuously iterate and improve enablement programs to reflect changing landscapes and team requirements.

**Team Mentoring**: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience with a preference in a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Must have experience in learning and development or talent development with a focus on leadership development, professional development and/or onboarding.
- Must have experience in sales or revenue enablement working with Sales teams to build and train on competencies, methodologies, and processes
- Proven experience developing and delivering role-based product training content and enablement programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS software and consulting market.
- Knowledge in adult learning principles, training methodologies, and instructional design.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable content for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering live training sessions to remote teams.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of enablement programs and materials.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, gather insights, and measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs.
