Claire Place Veterinary Hospice is a dedicated end-of-life care service providing **in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care** for beloved pets and their families. Our mission is to bring compassion, dignity, and comfort to families during one of life’s hardest moments. We’re a small but mighty team of veterinarians, technicians, and coordinators who lead with empathy and support — both for our clients and for each other.

We’re looking for a **seasoned, empathetic Client Service Representative** to join our supportive office team in Canada. This is not your typical veterinary reception role — it requires emotional maturity, patience, and exceptional communication skills to assist grieving families with care, compassion, and professionalism.

**Schedule & Hours**
- **Tuesday-Saturday, full-time (40 hours/week)**:

- Weekday shifts: 8:00-4:00 or 9:00-5:00
- Weekend shift: 8:30-3:30 (solo coverage)
- Paid 30-minute lunch break

**What You’ll Do**
- Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and care in sensitive conversations.
- Support our veterinarians and technicians with accurate scheduling and coordination.
- Process payments, documentation, and client records.
- Work independently on weekends (Saturday 8:30-3:30) and collaboratively during weekdays.
- Maintain calm and organization in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.

**About You**

You are someone who:

- Has **previous CSR or veterinary reception experience** (animal health experience an asset)
- Possesses **exceptional emotional intelligence** and maturity
- Thrives in a **supportive, people-first** work culture
- Communicates clearly and kindly, especially under pressure
- Is organized, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Understands the importance of **gentle communication and confidentiality** in sensitive moments
