**Overview**

Leaf Hydraulics is looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales. All our work is B2B in an industrial environment. This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity. Our clients include many heavy civil, concrete, utilities, and vehicle maintenance companies.

**Job Summary**

You will present a friendly, confident, professional face to the customers and be able to process their requests independently. Attention to detail is important, as is following procedures to ensure efficient work flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone and in person
- Must be comfortable making calls and dealing with people
- Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines. We expect prompt response to our client's requests
- Computer proficiency with Google suite products and computer literacy requirement
- Some light duty shop work assembling hoses and picking and packing orders
- Previous experience with industrial sales an asset (i.e hardware, auto parts, or fluid products)
- Any prior experience with hydraulics, bulk fluid systems, or high pressure wash systems an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
