Contracts and Service Administrator

This full-time Hybrid position. Main duties will include working in the Contracts Department as well as helping out with the Invoicing Department when required.
**Job Duties**
**Contracts Administrator**:
- Assisting with needs related to roofing tenders, bid submissions, RFP’s, RFQ’s, pre-qualifications, and contract development,
- Review specifications, co-ordinate documents and prepare submittals on various platforms while working with estimators, account managers and senior management
- Develop contract documents and enter pertinent information utilizing our Production Operating System (POS) database
- Other duties as assigned
**Service Administrator**:
- Assist with all Service Department needs related to customer service
- Support account managers, general administration and senior management.
- Handle service-related phone calls while taking detailed information pertinent to various service requests.
- Input information and create accurate work orders utilizing our proprietary Customer Relationship Management program.
- Create detailed service reports and costing breakdowns for completed work orders
- Issue invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner
- Proofreading and formatting of service-related quotations and reports
- Provide daily updates and correspondence with client base as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Proficient is Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
- Ability to maintain professionalism with high level of integrity;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
- Demonstrated willingness to be adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment (frequent interaction with internal departments and operations);
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Dependability and exceptional attendance is essential.
- Good understanding of construction tender processes; Construction, building envelope or roofing industry experience, a plus
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary degree in a related field desirable

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
