You will use your stellar organizational skills to ensure that the paperwork, delivery and other activities regarding the sale of the vehicle have been initiated or completed.

**Here’s What **You’ll** be Doing**:

- Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
- Pre stock in pre-owned units that are going to land in inventory
- Payoff off loans through VW hub once traded in
- Ensure pre-owned units are front line ready for photos
- Work alongside the internal service coordinator to ensure pre-owned units are flowing through the shop
- Prepare wholesale files and bills of sale
- Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a comparable role is required
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.
- Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.
