**Your Role in a Nutshell**
As the **Customer Success Team Manager**, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our Customer Success team across North America. You will be responsible for optimizing the value our clients gain from BoomerangFX's practice management software and digital marketing services. Leading a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), you will work closely with clients to ensure successful adoption, satisfaction, and growth, while driving customer retention and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON.**
**What you will do**:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they provide top-tier support, account management, and consulting services to a portfolio of clients.
- Oversee the onboarding, training, and continuous success of customers from adoption through ongoing account management.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and product teams to create customized strategies that drive customer growth and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell digital marketing solutions and other services, utilizing a variety of strategies and tools provided by the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, reduce churn, and increase customer retention through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring your team delivers innovative, empathetic solutions that address business challenges, while consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing best practices and strategies to help them optimize the full potential of the BoomerangFX platform.
**What you offer**:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS/Healthcare environment.
- Prior experience managing a team and overseeing customer success or client relationships, ideally within the healthcare or medical aesthetics sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and drive results both internally and externally.
- Ability to understand the operational workflows of private healthcare practices and translate this understanding into actionable insights.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and innovative, with a strong focus on delivering value to clients and leading a team to achieve excellence.
- Proven track record in customer retention, upselling, and driving customer satisfaction.
