Rexel Canada - Atlantic Division, a leader in the energy solutions & electrical distribution industry, is looking for a **Warehouse/Counter Associate** located in our **Charlottetown** branch.

The **Warehouse/Counter Associate** is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for providing product knowledge to customers and expediting orders quickly and effectively via the counter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly service the customer via counter sales and answering phone calls.
- Process and prepare orders and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives.
- Put away counter and warehouse stock as well as providing help & support for our warehouse with picking orders, shipping and receiving.
- Maintain the showroom, counter shelves and displays.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge
- Electrical Technology Diploma or appropriate electrical distribution industry experience preferred
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literacy is an asset
