Warehouse Associate, Excise

Role Profile:
Reporting to the Production Manager, will work in and maintain the standards of a cGMP environment, ensure orders are done accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards. The key candidate will be well organized, have an eye for detail, be a team player, and a good communicator.
Role Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for setup, process flow, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Accurately and efficiently perform picking and excising of finished goods in compliance with established guidelines.
- Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain regulatory and operational compliance.
- Operate packaging equipment safely and effectively to support production processes.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and excise room facilities to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and collaborative team member/leader.
Location: Charlottetown.
