**Cluep is looking for**

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a Campaign Manager you will be expected to oversee, manage, and organize a portfolio of digital campaigns and ensure their success. You will also be expected to work alongside with internal teams for various projects and reporting requirements. You must be a highly motivated, yet a humble Campaign Manager to join our team to help build on top of our rapid growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of digital campaigns, ownership from launch through completion
- Execute media campaign setups for launch that fall within Cluep’s scope of work, while maintaining high degree of campaign setup accuracy
- Create and monitor tracking pixels across advertising partners
- Launch and manage campaigns in accordance with Cluep QA standards
- Manage campaign pacing, adjusting as needed to ensure campaign budgets deliver in full
- Manage campaign performance, oversee automated optimizations, and make manual optimizations to ensure best possible performance levels within customer’s stated goals and constraints
- Provide management report of key campaign statistics (performance, pacing etc.)
- Work with Engineering and Ad Operations teams to create, implement and test new updates and fixes to Cluep’s front end dashboard and ad server
- Develop an understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem, focusing on items relevant to brands and retailers
- Provide campaign level insight and recommendations to both internal and external clients
- Maintain and stay current on industry news and research

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or in an analytical or quantitative discipline preferred
- Minimum 4 years' experience in media trading; programmatic required
- Experience with ancillary technologies: DMP, ad servers, tag management, analytics, targeting and research tools
- Understanding of digital campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, target CPA's, secondary conversions
- Experience with regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
- An understanding of online delivery technology, especially marketing technology (e. g. cookies, ad servers, etc.)
- Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations, including types of tag, their differences and what to use in certain scenarios
- Familiarity with view-ability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify)
- Familiarity with attribution modeling
- Continued desire to increase knowledge and skills around programmatic technology, digital and online media
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Apps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and process oriented
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive team player
