Customer Contact Center Trainer

As a trainer at the customer contact center, you’ll play a key role in developing our agents’ skills. You’ll design engaging training programs, lead dynamic sessions (in person or remotely), and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices. **Your future responsibilities as a Customer Contact Center Trainer**:
- Prepare the training calendar for new and current agents;
- Build agents’ skills assessments based on the products and tools used;
- Deliver group or individual training sessions, in person or remotely;
- Create educational materials and adapt them to the format and number of participants (presentations, exercises, interactive tools);
- Update evaluation tools and analyze results.

**To be a Customer Contact Center Trainer, you need to**:
- Have experience in a similar role or in customer service
- Be bilingual (English is required to communicate with our English-speaking clientele)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
- Have excellent teaching and communication skills
