RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interact with clients and family members to provide consultative services on the use, maintenance, and demonstration of compression garments, bracing and supports, aids to daily living, bathroom safety, home health services and therapeutic appropriateness
- Manage relationships, as well as maintain contact with health care professionals to build and promote sales of the company’s products and services
- Manage sales and existing client relationships for a variety of custom medical devices
- Attend various health fairs and events as vendor and participant
- Maintain retail components of Home Health Care products
- Have a working knowledge and be able to work in front shop retail operations.
- Creating visually appealing displays of merchandise
- Perform other duties as required, this description eludes to core responsibilities, as we evolve so do our roles.
- Comfort in recommending and demonstrating Home Healthcare equipment and Aids for Daily Living.
- Willingness to learn or proven ability to fit compression socks, braces, or other customizable mobility and medical devices

SKILLS**:

- A proven, thorough knowledge of various home healthcare products and services available (specifically compression therapy, bracing and supports)
- Desire to grow and expand current business practices, product lines, and customer base
- Experience measuring, evaluating and fitting clients for compression garments
- Excellent work ethic and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including compassionate care
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to providing best in class customer service
- Good communication/presentation skills to instruct individuals and groups on the use of compression garments, braces and supports
- Ability to assess the best product and advocate for the client where required
- Knowledge of various medical conditions and their functional limitation
- Previous experience in the home healthcare and rehabilitation profession / industry an asset
