We are now seeking an experienced and visionary Store Director to lead one of our Boutique team to uphold the high standards of excellence in luxury retail.

**Your Role**:
As the Store Director, you will be a key leader at GWC. Your leadership will ensure the boutique operates at the highest level of excellence, offering an exceptional experience for every client while achieving ambitious business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Recruitment & Development**:Identify, recruit, and train top talent to build a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the boutique's standards of excellence.
- **Leadership**:Inspire and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment to achieve sales and service goals.
- **Operational Efficiency**:Oversee all boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company and brand guidelines.
- **Client Relationships**:Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust while expanding the boutique's client base.
- **Sales Excellence**:Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with GWC's management team to align on strategies and execute initiatives effectively.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably with high-end timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and build cohesive teams that excel in delivering exceptional results.
- A track record of achieving sales goals and managing team performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with luxury clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure operational excellence.
