**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Support cooking processes by assisting chefs during meal preparation
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are maintained
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

**Skills**
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols in the food industry
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
