**Position Overview**:
**- Prepare vehicles for refinishing by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve desired finishes.
- Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring that the finish is smooth and free of imperfections.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep up to date with advancements in automotive refinishing techniques and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Red Seal Certification would be considered an asset
- Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses
- Proven experience as an autobody refinishing technician or in a related role.
- Knowledge of various paint systems and refinishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to use selected vendor materials efficiently and cost-effectively
- I-CAR certification training and I-CAR certification would be considered assets
