**Job Overview**
Fares & Co dEvelopment Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.He will be responsible for overseeing daily activities on site, planning and coordinating the tasks in advance to keep up with the schedule and budget.This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive knowledge of construction processes.

**Duties**

Your scope will include, but not be limited to:

- Managing and directing all on-site construction operations.
- Enforcing company policies and ensuring work adheres to approved plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Driving productivity and evaluating performance of trades and staff to maintain efficiency and cost effective.
- Leading the site meetings and managing the inhouse workers on site.
- Monitoring construction to ensure it meets design specs and quality standards.
- Overseeing scheduling, budget control, commissioning, and occupancy phases.
- Championing health and safety protocols, integrating them into all site activities and maintaining full compliance.
- Scheduling and chairing the biweekly trade meeting on site.
- Conducting the safety walks and making sure daily report are posted for management to evaluate the progress.
- Developing and updating two-week lookahead schedules with resource allocation.
- Interpreting contract requirements, identifying risks and opportunities, and taking steps to keep the project on track financially.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience: 8-10 years of on-site high rise residential construction experience with minimum one full high-rise projects completed as the primary Site Super, with hands-on involvement in all key phases: shoring, formwork, building envelope, M&E, interior finishing, and final occupancy.
- Professional computer skills including MS Project and Procore.
- Education: post secondary degree or diploma in construction trade.

**Skills**
- Deep understanding of site safety, scheduling, and quality assurance
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in construction estimating and budgeting practices.
- Experience with construction management software, particularly ProCore, and open to new site management tools
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of site management.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
