**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an individual or team to be the live-in Building Superintendent for our apartment building located at 149 Albro Lake Road. If you are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors this opportunity is for you.

**Duties**:

- Cleaning the apartment building and grounds. This includes:

- Perform daily cleaning duties throughout the apartment building, including hallways, common areas, and amenities.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy, sanitized, and presentable at all times.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Clean and sanitize elevators, stairwells, and other high-traffic areas.
- Assist with trash removal and recycling efforts.

**Further Duties**:

- Showing vacant units and assist in selecting future tenants.
- Performing routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Meeting with contractors and technicians at the building as needed.
- Responding to tenant concerns or requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to reside on-site in provided accommodation.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance and building issues is a bonus.
