**What you'll be doing**:

- Preparation of menu items according to specifications and Guest requests.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Assists with quality control.
- Performs stock rotation.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 1-3+ years experience within a culinary environment.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake.
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
