Junior Property Manager

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
Operational Oversight:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
Tenant Relations:
Foster positive tenant relationships through timely communication, conflict resolution, and responsive service.
Financial Management:
Track expenses and oversee rent collection and arrears.
Leasing & Marketing:
Coordinate with leasing agents, support marketing efforts, manage unit turnovers, and ensure high occupancy levels.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure properties comply with RTA, health and safety regulations, and all lease/rental agreements are properly maintained.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance to other on-site staff, janitors, and maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with property management software is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
- Good understanding of technology, ability to use Microsoft office and various tools
**Qualitifcations**
- Post-secondary education in property management, business, or real estate
- Experience in a customer-facing or operations-focused role
Pay: $67,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
