**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other equipment
- Manage the maintenance, repairs, registration, and insurance requirements of fleet vehicles to ensure they are safe, dependable, and presentable for client work
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures including vehicle utilization, fuel management, and driver safety programs
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including licensing, registration, and inspections
- Manage fuel and maintenance costs to optimize fleet efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and track vehicle usage
- Supervise fleet personnel, including drivers and mechanics
- Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle ordering, maintenance, and repair services
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet management records and reports
- Lead, train, and manage a team that supports this business

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, logistics) preferred
- Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in the telecommunications or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office suite
