We’re one of Ontario's leading industrial service providers and millwrighting contractors, and our team is expanding We're on the lookout for an experienced **Welding Supervisor** to oversee operations in our fabrication shop. If you’re a leader who has a passion for welding and a keen eye for quality, we want you on our team

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of welding and fabrication experience
- CWB Welding Supervisor ticket or eligibility to obtain one
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to pass an in-shop welding test

**The Role**:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of welders and fitters
- Plan and coordinate daily welding and fabrication operations to ensure timely completion
- Create and interpret structural blueprints
- Prepare accurate quotes for projects
- Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards
- Maintain inventory levels and welding equipment
- Provide regular performance reports and project updates
