**Key Responsibilities**
- **Surface Preparation**: Clean, sand, patch, and prep surfaces as needed to ensure proper paint adhesion and durability.
- **Restoration & Maintenance**: Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to enhance their aesthetic appeal.
- **Project Coordination**: Read and interpret daily planners and schematics to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- **Residential & Commercial Projects**: Work on diverse painting projects in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the team.
- **Tool Usage**: Utilize hand tools and painting equipment effectively for a range of tasks, including drywall work and surface preparation.

- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

- **Experience**: While experience in painting is beneficial, we are open to training motivated individuals eager to learn.
- **Teamwork & Independence**: Capable of working well both independently and within a team setting.
- **Respectful & Professional**: A respectful attitude towards colleagues, clients, and the work environment is essential.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
