**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnose a wide range of medical conditions across all age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication administration and pain management strategies.
- Manage acute care cases efficiently, ensuring timely interventions and follow-up.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and home care instructions.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient management.
- Perform procedures related to family medicine practice within scope of training and certification.
- Maintain compliance with medical office protocols, hospital standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Experience**
- ⁠Certification (or eligibility) with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- ⁠Licensure (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in acute care settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse medical conditions including pain management and pediatric care.
- Experience working in medical offices or outpatient clinics with skills in data collection and documentation accuracy.
