**Job description**
- **Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for boats and outdoor adventures? Bad River Boats is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Sudbury, Ontario. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our dealer and client network, supporting order management, and ensuring exceptional after-sales service.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospection: Identify and reach out to potential new dealers to expand our network, building rapport and fostering strong business relationships.
- Strategizing: develop sales strategies, objectives and targets, participate in forecasting with management.
- Handing Over Marketing Materials: Distribute flyers and other promotional materials as they are developed, ensuring that dealers have the latest information on our products.
- Order Management: Assist dealers with order processing and inquiries, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions.
- After Sales Support: Provide exceptional support to dealers and customers post-purchase, including handling warranty issues and addressing any concerns.
- Client Retention: Continuously provide exceptional support and service to existing dealers and customers, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Answer inquiries and competently resolve any concerns
- Complete necessary documentation accurately
- Grow sales and profit while portraying a positive company image at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the boating industry is considered an asset, but not required.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary plus commission based on sales.

**Type of Employment**:

- Full-time, permanent position.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Dealership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's Licence (preferred)

**Location**:

- Greater Sudbury, ON P3B 2G5 (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Sudbury, ON P3B 2G5
