**Bilingual HR Operations Coordinator**
**How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career**:

- Act as first point of contact for general HR inquiries from staff and managers
- Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee life cycle in the assigned line of business
- Manage the quality of data and maintain records in P&C and payroll-related systems to ensure data accuracy
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and agencies as appropriate to deliver P&C services
- Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
- Assist with various P&C projects, programs, initiatives, and other assigned duties
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations, including initiating and tracking mandatory training for new hires

**Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring**:

- Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and French
- 1 to 3 years of proven Human Resources experience
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred
- Client-focused with great attention to detail, rigour, organization and proactivity
- General working knowledge of employment legislation (employment standards, human rights code, etc.)
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-evolving environment
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
