**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform meat cutting and trimming tasks to prepare various cuts of meat for display and sale.
- Ensure all meat products are packaged correctly, labeled accurately, and displayed attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and offering cooking advice.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in butcher or meat cutting roles, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Proficiency in various meat cutting techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment used in food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
