- Receive service inquires
- Schedule equipment repairs
- Process work orders
- Convey work progress to customer
- Process warranty claims
- Work closely with service manager
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**:

- Must have related experience in the areas of agricultural, industrial or automotive
- Strong written communication skills

- Effective time management skills
