**Job Summary**

**Key Accountabilities**

Report Production, Governance Reporting and administrativesupport - responsibilities include:

- The Analyst, Risk Management, under the supervision of theHead Of Risk Management, is responsible for the oversight of report productionand governance of the enterprise-wide Risk reporting framework includingassistance in the development and renewal of policies and procedures, andproviding administrative support for the Risk Management function;
- Assist in preparing the Bank’s Integrated Risk ManagementCommittee and Executive Committee of Canada reporting packages which includethe preparation of market based information and presentation material for thequarterly meetings;
Support for stakeholders - responsibilities include:

- The role will also assist in providing direction, oversightand guidance for the first line and independent risk monitoring functions ofthe Bank (i.e. Middle Office, Compliance, Operations, Planning etc.), whereapplicable;
- Implementing regulatory initiatives, guidelines andrequirements via policy development, testing and reporting methods;
Regulatory:

- Monitor the changing regulatory environment and adoptingbest practices within the organization in order to ensure ongoing compliance;
- Oversight and Governance:

- Review and enhance the management of the Bank’s riskpolicies;
- Ensuring adequate oversight of portfolio monitoring and riskreporting;
- Risk measurement, monitoring and control;
**Technical Skills**
- Strong PC proficiency using reporting tools, MicrosoftOffice and databases.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel: pivot table, VBAprogramming (or equivalent programming skills), financial modeling
- Proficiency in researching tools: Bloomberg or equivalent
- Sound understanding of financial instruments, stronganalytical ability and risk management knowledge

**Experience & Abilities**
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ overall bankingexperience in the area of Risk Management.
- Proven ability to digest, interpret and make recommendationson changes stemming from regulator, head office and/or industrychanges/initiatives.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capacity.
- Effective communication skills, presentation skillsaccompanied by excellent analytical, investigative and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present information to a variety of stakeholders,staff at all levels.
- Knowledge of Canadian and International banking rules andregulation;
**Education & Training**
- Minimum: A university degree in business/finance, economicsor mathematics. Additional industry related training is considered beneficial.
- Completion of a master's degree, accreditation, designationor equivalent (e.g., MBA, FRM, CFA) is preferred.

**Working Conditions**
- WFH - Split. No travel required**
