**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Associate Manager (Technical Lead) in the IAM domain reporting directly to the Manager (Senior Technical Lead) of IAM and is responsible for the leadership and delivery of the Identity and Access Management operations as well as partnering with multiple business and Security teams and stakeholders to coordinate, evaluate, support and organize the ongoing efforts to improve the end user experience.

This role is accountable to lead process and workflow redesign/reengineering, ops and client reporting, operational efficiency review, internal and external auditing support, management information analysis and other organizational development initiatives. The incumbent for this role will provide leadership and support to addressing development needs and act on opportunities to improve process/workflow. With the support of the Manager the incumbent will also assist with client relationships management.

**What you will do**
- Provides leadership and delivery of the Identity and Access Management operations specific to:

- Lifecycle Administration
- Control Execution
- Support merger & acquisition activities from an IAM perspective
- Coordinates operation and continuous improvement of the services IAM provides.
- Recommends and implements process improvement opportunities within IAM and Canada Technology
- Ensures creation and maintenance of IAM support documentation.
- Consults with other support teams as required.
- Ensures consistent use of standard processes and practices.
- Operate from a foundation of knowledge about Identity and Access Management best practices and solid Risk Management practices.
- Consult on Risk to one or more business partners providing advice and guidance as required.
- Effectively/respectfully challenge our business partners when Risk is identified
- Supports audits
- Stay current on the changing regulatory environment and understand the impacts to your businesses
- Drive collaboration between the risk, compliance and other business support functions (e.g., legal, privacy).
- Provide oversight and guidance during risk assessments
- Look for ways to improve service delivery and assist with the implementation of new initiatives.

**What you will bring**
- College or University education in technology is a must.
- Minimum 5+ years of technical support experience in progressively responsible roles
- Minimum two years of experience in a team leadership role in an I.S environment with demonstrated supervisory skills.
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Identity Management / Privileged Access Management tools
- Cyber Security Fundamentals, ITIL certifications
- Customer-focused and service-oriented with demonstrated service management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively to a non-technical audience.
- Knowledge of operational processes and required tools for Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Change Management
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and implementing procedures and metrics reporting.
- Skilled in time management, practical thinking, detailed analysis, negotiation, adapting to stress, and solving problems.
- Forward thinking, quick to adapt to process and technology changes.
