**PROFILE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Install and maintain current versions of software, upgrades, patches, etc. Administer infrastructure for the delivery of software and services;
- Create implementation and rollout plans for software independently or as part of large firm project initiatives;
- Work with other internal teams, vendors and consultants to introduce new software or resolve issues;
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members as well as technical support to other members of the broader IT team;
- Schedule advisories of system maintenance periods in a manner that permits sufficient notice to be given to the user community;
- Other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in a computer related field is required;
- Experience working in a legal or professional services environment is an asset;
- Experience in administering Microsoft Endpoint Management, Intune, SCCM. A strong understanding of packaging and deploying software for unattended installation is required;
- Proficiency in command line or scripting languages such as PowerShell is required;
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) service administration is an asset;
- Experience with security protocols, software evaluations, and ISO standards is an asset;
- Ability to communicate effectively with other Firm members, with the aptitude to take care of clients’ needs in a professional and courteous manner;
- Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment;
- Critical-thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills;
- Ability to produce a high quality and quantity of work product, occasionally under tight timelines;
- Ability to prioritize and redefine priorities when required, ensuring excellent internal client service.
