**Vocantas is currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to join the team**

**What your day will look like**:

- Lead the solution design, configuration, and deployment of multiple simultaneous implementation projects
- Drive client-facing design sessions and document business needs/requirements
- Investigate and resolve any technical challenges that arise, and propose feasible solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
- Lead End User Training and User Acceptance Testing phases of the project to drive understanding and acceptance of the new system for both technical and non-technical end users
- Provide schedule and timelines, and participate in client-facing status update meetings

**About you**:

- Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies/tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Excellent customer relations customer support skills - Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to direct and assist in problem resolution
- College or University degree from a Computer Science or related program
