**Role**:Business Analyst
- Experience in large data projects, Power BI dashboards / reports along with AWS Redshift experience would be an asset
- Leadership role - ability to lead project team resources and business partners through use cases / requirements gathering. Work with business partners to develop strong acceptance criteria.
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Test lead - develop and execute test plans, test cases during SIT and UAT phases. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- Process development - ability to do in depth process analysis to address gaps, develop process maps and RACI charts for existing and new roles
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level;
- Ability to work with mínimal direction, can make decisions and move team ahead during tight timelines
- Strategic thinker, ability to learn quickly, provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints

**Program**: Data Analytics team. Building new analytics roadmap. They are implementing AWS Reshift and Power BI

**Comms**: 9+

**Must haves**:

- 5-7+ years of BA experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to build a process map
- Able to build use cases for business requirements and dashboards
- Able to lead the business user testing
- Experience working on Data related projects

**Nice to haves**:

- Data background,
- AWS Redshift
- PowerBi experience
