**Role**: Business Process Manager - Continuous Improvement
**Status**: Regular, Full Time
**Department**: Customer Operations
**Location**: Hybrid - Markham
**Position Summary**:
This position requires the ability to support multiple projects and requires strong communication skills, strong project management skills and excellent people skills to routinely interact with team members as well as external clients. The Business Process Manager should be driven to identify and improve processes within the organization with a goal of achieving outstanding customer service
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Analyzing company processes and procedures with the goal of Developing process enhancement strategies.
- Plan, organize and direct all activities necessary for the full implementation of the project objectives
- Engage project stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively to ensure buy in and project success
- Creating and managing project plans and roadmaps
- Adjusting schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
- Managing the day-to-day execution of project implementations
- Partner with decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver project and customer service success
- Process map current and future state processes and process changes
- Identify and manage interdependencies of multiple workstreams
- Develop a detailed project plans to deliver the project, and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Communicate verbally and in writing project status, action items and dependencies to all levels within the organization
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years’ Product management, pricing management, product marketing or similar experience
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable sifting through large amounts of data to report on findings and uncover insights
- Advanced process mapping skills i.e. Viso
- Collaboration & team skills - In-depth
- Advanced level organizational skills
- Advanced level data gathering and management skills
- Excellent team skills, both as a leader and as a team player
- Highly developed relationship skills with demonstrated ability to communicate on verbal and written form to a variety of audiences internally and externally
- Excellent presentation and training skills, including development of related materials
