Fionn's Grant Park is looking for a front of house supervisor to join our team.

What you will do in this role:

- Deliver the ultimate Guest experience through your passion for food and hospitality
- Be an ambassador for our Pub, what we stand for, and represent us with pride. - Interact with Guests and suggest items that meet their needs
- Deliver a friendly, sociable experience Follow brand standards at all times (but put your own personal flare to it)
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
- Manage the floor during the hours you are there. This includes managing labour, staff concerns, guest complaints and anything else that may arise.
- attend a weekly meeting with all back of house and front of house supervisors

What we are looking for:

- Passionate, energetic, personable and confident, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bonus points for previous experience as a supervisor in a fast paced environment
- Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service training
- Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts in different front of house positions when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
