**Position Overview: Part-Time Budtender**
We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtender to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis purchases, offering product recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable experience in our store.

**Flexibility to work the following shifts - 24-34 hours per week**:
10.5 hours shifts

Monday to Wednesday: 10am-8pm

Thursday to Saturday: 10am-9pm

Sunday: 10am-7pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance**: Welcome customers, provide information on products, and assist in product selection to ensure a positive and informed purchase.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products, strains, effects, and trends to accurately answer customer questions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Verify customer identification and ensure all transactions comply with provincial regulations and company policies.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in restocking shelves, managing displays, and organizing products to keep the store neat and fully stocked.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- **Education and Engagement**: Engage with customers to build rapport and provide a welcoming and respectful shopping environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must be CannSell certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Passion for cannabis and a desire to stay knowledgeable about products and industry developments
- Ability to work responsibly and uphold regulatory compliance
- Must be over the age of 19
