**Job Types**:

- Sales Associate (Budtender)

**Description**:
As a sales associate, your goal is to provide each and every customer with a seamless, memorable cannabis-buying experience. Whether it’s talking shop with an enthusiast or assisting a first-time buyer, there’s something to be said about helping someone find their way.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout every step of the customer journey
- Provide accurate product knowledge and educate customers about the latest trends in cannabis
- Merchandising, inventory management, and back-of-house support
- Closing and cash-out procedures
- General housekeeping duties
- Adhere to all company training, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
- Adhere to all provincial regulations surrounding the sale of cannabis and COVID-19 guidelines

**Experience and Background**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Cannabis experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Knowledgeable about cannabis products, brands, and accessories or willingness to learn
- Positive vibes and enthusiastic attitude
- CannSell Training Certificate is required
- Criminal background check required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-25 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
