The Customer Service Associate II(Order Management) is responsible, in a 3PL environment, for managing order flow from the client to operational execution and eventual delivery to the end consumer and reporting of metrics within the workflow.

**Essential Functions**
- Daily, weeklyand adhoc reporting as required using MS Office suite.
- Track and trace orders on carrier portals.
- Research and resolve order exceptions with internal and external teams.
- Entering, updating customer orders on various interfaces.
- Coordinate with operational teams to execute to customer satisfaction and demands.
- Provide professional and efficient best in class service while resolving customer issues.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and adapt to changing rules, regulations and procedures
- Possesses a high degree of initiative and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new TMS/WMS software and systemsE.g. Manhattan SCALE,SAP
- Experienced with MS Excel
- pivot tables,lookups
- Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with mínimal supervision

**Qualifications**
- College degree/Technical Certification required in logistics, supply chain or transportation or equivalent experience
- One (1) year or more in a similar position required
