As a QA Lead, you will participate in various projects, assessing software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes. You will take ownership of code quality and service performance through manual, automated and load tests. Leading the QA team, you must improve quality control methods and tools to increase test coverage and the quality of released features and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement QA processes and methodologies
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
- Develop test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive testing of software products
- Identify and prioritize test cases for automation
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
- Monitor and report on the status of testing efforts
- Participate in the design and development of software products to ensure quality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA or related role
- 2+ years leading or managing other QA engineers
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
