**Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations across multiple residential buildings.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with external contractors and internal teams.
- Enforce lease terms, ensuring compliance with property rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure building safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses, tenant communications, and lease agreements.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure smooth transition and occupancy of units.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- A passion for real estate and a drive to grow within the industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus
- Proficiency with property management softwares is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)
