Production Supervisor

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to optimize workflow.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and operation.
**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
- Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution within a team setting.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Pay: $48,641.04-$78,605.07 per year
