Plumber

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters to ensure seamless project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with clients regarding plumbing issues and solutions.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing systems.
- Experience in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Ability to assemble various components of plumbing systems accurately.
- Understanding of welding techniques applicable to plumbing installations.

Pay: $38.75-$52.18 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
