**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages
- Handle invoicing and general office paperwork
- Manage shipping and receiving of products
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with inventory tracking and organization
- Perform basic janitorial and workspace upkeep duties

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and office skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with the heavy duty truck industry or parts counter operations is an advantage, but not a requirement.

**Benefits**:
