**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Human Resources Assistant to support with human resources responsibilities including: recruitment, HR administration, data management, employee relations and other responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with employment contracts, amendments and support with onboarding documentation.
- Ensures employee records are consistently maintained and information is uploaded to appropriate databases.
- Assist with drafting job descriptions/postings in collaboration with hiring manager.
- Assist with tracking HR analytics including recruitment metrics for various clients, attendance reports, and other
- Develop positive working relationships with the internal team and assist with client needs.
- Support with administration of employee attendance, including: work absences; punctuality; vacation requests, authorized leaves, etc.
- Enter data into Time Management software system and verify/adjust data entries as required.
- Participate in health and safety initiatives.
- Assist with client inquiries or requests.
- Assist with drafting of templates, resource materials and research initiatives.
- Participate in conference calls, group meetings and take notes as required.
- Support the HR Manager and other team members with daily administrative responsibilities.
- Liaise with payroll and other members of the team to ensure the consistent flow of information.
- Act as backup for administrative/reception duties as needed.
- Support with other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources is required.
- 1-2 years of HR experience is considered an asset.
- Must be willing to obtain CHRP designation.
- Previous administrative experience is required.
- Previous experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding is an asset.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols is an asset.
- Must be very computer literate to process and electronically transmit data.
- Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills to create spreadsheets.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Well
- developed interpersonal skills to interact with diverse population is critical.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
