We promise you’ll have a lot of fun along the way **Qualifications**: - At least 1 year previous experience working in the Food Service or Hospitality Industry is preferred but not essential. We will train the right person with enthusiasm **Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**: - Ensure both Food and Service quality meets the high standards set by Papa's Burgers. - Ambassador of the Perfect Guest Experience. - Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to provincial workplace safety standards. - Take customer orders, send them to the kitchen, pack it up and deliver to the client. - Helping prep fresh food, condiments, cooled products. - Filling in wherever Papa needs you to help with making our customers happy. **Working Culture** - Must be able to laugh, have fun, joke around, and get the job done - Great tunes, a place to dance and sing. - Must be open to learning and growth in respect-based culture. - Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, movement and action. - Must have a can do attitude and willing to help out anywhere including dishes when needed. - Come and be happy **Attitude and Communication Skills**: - Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. - A dynamic personality, energetic and self-confident. - Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment. - Fabulous attitude and willingness to learn and uphold "Papa's Way" - Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends). **Perks**: - Equal share in tips by all staff. - Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Happy, fun, supportive culture. - Casual dress - App-based scheduling & communication. - 100% Employee meals when you work. - Family discounts when you're on your own time. - Incredible customers who love our food **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Additional pay: - Tips **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
