**_What you’ll do: _**
Reporting into the Vice President, People & Culture, the Team Lead, People & Culture, will be the driving force behind Redstone’s people strategy, shaping every aspect of the employee experience from recruitment to development. You’ll lead the HR Administrator, build innovative processes, and drive organizational culture and growth. Your role will involve crafting cutting-edge HR workflows, guiding strategic HR management, and spearheading training initiatives. How you’ll do it:_**

**Building Processes and Workflows**
- Develop key HR processes, including lieu time management, performance reviews and improvement systems, accommodation procedures, recognition systems, incentive programs, and more to ensure they are efficient, innovative, and effective.
- Design and implement workflows for various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to empower teams and enhance productivity.
- Redesign the Employee Handbook to enhance efficiency and compliance, while staying up to date on the newest HR trends, perks, and benefits in the employee wellbeing space.
- In tandem with the VP, People & Culture, you will build Redstone’s new compensation system and implement across the organization.

**Human Resources Management**
- Manage, mentor, and empower the HR Administrator, guiding them in areas of benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Work closely with the VP, People & Culture to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success and engagement.
- Oversee Redstone’s benefits program offerings and utilization, providing strategic recommendations during the renewal period to the VP, People & Culture.
- Analyze reports and present key data and recommendations to executive leadership, capturing monthly employee statistics and providing analysis and innovative ideas in the data space.
- Be a change champion by guiding communication, training, and support initiatives throughout organizational transitions.
- Oversee and drive internal events such as the Summer Social and Holiday Party to foster team cohesion and celebrate achievements.
- Chair the Culture Committee to boost employee engagement through meaningful team-building activities.
- Guide and instruct leadership as it relates to new and evolving employment legislation. Responsible for ensuring the execution of changes when necessary to ensure operational compliance.
- Resolve complex HR issues and challenges that impact organizational goals or company culture.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring impartial and comprehensive resolution.
- Uphold and enhance Redstone’s brand online through advocating for roles on LinkedIn and responding appropriately to potential applicants and stakeholders.
- Review and approve employment contracts and letters, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives.

**Training and Development**
- Accountable to the overall success of the performance management process including building effective training and resources, coaching leaders, guiding and supporting the team, and ensuring the review forms and cycles are effective and launched in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, including the establishment of Redstone University as a central hub for educational resources.
- Design and oversee training plans to support personal and professional growth, ensuring they are relevant to industry trends and company needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
